Stephanie’s practice focuses on the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, including negotiating and drafting all documents involved in commercial real estate transactions, performing due diligence and obtaining the required third-party approvals.


Stephanie’s practice also includes negotiating and drafting retail, restaurant, and office leases. Stephanie also has experience with the formation and structuring of business entities, including drafting bylaws and operating agreements, as well as advising clients on a variety of corporate matters.


Representation of a global fulfillment network in multiple lease transactions for warehouse and fulfillment centers (each over 1,000,000 square feet).
