Rachelle Miles has worked solely in real estate since beginning her legal career in 1998.  Ms. Miles' practice initially focused on the representation of banks and other institutional lenders and subsequently included representation of both lenders and borrowers in real estate secured transactions.  Ms. Miles has experience with many aspects of commercial real estate, including secured lending, purchase and sale transactions, leasing, and the negotiation of contracts and agreements related to such matters and transactions.

Ms. Miles began her career in the Orange County office of Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton and subsequently became a partner at Attlesey, Thomlinson & Clark, where she headed up the transactional department.  Ms. Miles' experience as a conflict resolution coach not only positively informs the way she practices law and negotiates, but also enhances her client communication and relationships.
