Paul Noronha is a senior paralegal at Pennington LLP with over twenty years of experience in real estate.  Mr. Noronha assists our attorneys in all aspects of real estate transactions with an emphasis on title and survey review, due diligence review, document preparation, closing logistics/mechanics coordination and post-closing integration and administration.

Mr. Noronha supports our attorneys to close all types of residential and commercial real estate transactions such as acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financings and real property development.  Mr. Noronha also works directly with clients to assist during real estate transactions and coordinates with clients to facilitate the formation and management of corporate organizational documents.
