Jordan Karmann focuses on the representation of a wide range of clients, including lenders, developers, and a variety of institutional and non-institutional investors on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, and finance.

Rachelle Regnier has worked solely in real estate since beginning her legal career in 1998. Ms. Regnier’s practice initially focused on the representation of banks and other institutional lenders and subsequently included representation of both lenders and borrowers in real estate secured transactions.

Beth O’Sheasy Nash has been practicing real estate law for over 10 years and advises clients in a broad range of complex real estate activities, including acquisition and disposition; leasing of retail, office and industrial properties from both the landlord and tenant perspective; and financing and investment.

Ryan Werner is a trial and appellate lawyer with more than 30 years of experience in civil litigation with clients in business, real estate, and insurance disputes. Formerly, Mr. Werner regularly represented insurance companies; he now represents policyholders.

Todd Duplanty represents clients in the acquisition, management, commercial leasing, and divestiture of real property. As part of his real estate practice, Mr. Duplanty represents both property owners and contractors in negotiating and developing construction agreements to meet their goals in the construction of commercial and residential projects. In addition, Mr. Duplanty assists clients in the operation of their businesses, including entity formation and corporate governance.

Carrie Callaway has over 20 years of experience with an emphasis on retail and office leasing from both the landlord and tenant perspective, and the purchase and sale of commercial property. Her clients include technology companies, regional developers, financial institutions, and global retailers and she takes pride in working efficiently and proactively with her clients’ legal teams and business partners to handle complex and time-sensitive transactions.

Beth Pennington represents a broad array of clients in various real estate transactions. Ms. Pennington’s practice experience includes representation of owners, developers, and real estate funds in joint ventures and other real estate deals. She regularly provides legal counsel on purchase and sale, finance, workouts, commercial and residential development, leasing, tenancy in common and public-private partnerships.

Rachel Holloway’s transactional practice focuses on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and finance. Rachel represents banks, institutional lenders, life insurance companies, and commercial borrowers in connection with the origination and restructuring of construction, bridge, and permanent financings, tax-credit driven loans (including bond financings), and multi-jurisdictional property portfolios.
