We are excited to announce that Janice Kim has joined the firm and we are changing our name to Pennington Holloway Kim LLP.
We are excited to share some great news at the start of 2024 - Janice Kim has joined our firm as a partner. Janice and Rachel worked together for many years at DLA Piper, so we know firsthand that she will be a perfect fit with our firm and our clients. In addition to DLA Piper, Janice also worked at Holland and Knight and most recently worked at Monchamp Meldrum LLP.
Janice has worked as a transactional real estate lawyer for 20 years and has experience on a broad range of complex commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development and management. Janice’s experience includes transactions involving hotels, resorts, mixed-use projects, office buildings, shopping centers and industrial properties located throughout California and other west coast states. She leverages her experience and knowledge in completing each project and her clients appreciate her solution-oriented approach.
