We represented the buyer in a joint venture with an institutional capital partner and the acquisition of One Montgomery St., a 100,000-square-foot office building, which was purchased for $82 million by Palo Alto and Boston-based developers with a plan to reposition building as top-tier office space. The office is currently a Wells Fargo branch.
